The Thorsman range of boxes and wiring hardware covers most needs for new installations and conversions. The range includes mounting and junction boxes for flush mounting in stud walls, casting into concrete walls, chasing into lightweight concrete and for boding to plasterboard walls. Shielded versions of the boxes are also available for installation in buildings with shielding against electric fields. All flush boxes are halogen-free as standard. For surface mounting there are two sizes of “kulo” box and enclosed boxes with degree of protection IP54 and IP65. All boxes are available in two versions, empty or with pre-installed terminal block. There are various accessories for the boxes, such as cord and distance attachment and strain relief device. Box TED-010 can also be fitted with a lock that can be sealed with a wire and lead seal. The range also includes wiring hardware, e.g. the TORIX twist-on connector, screwless terminal block for four wires and a screw terminal block with six oval connection openings.
